ABOUT

Ciao Napoli's new chef Scott Donaldson (far left) and Pizzaiuolo Byron Ovalle (far right)
welcome World Class Pizzaiuolo, Antonino Esposito from Italy in a workshop today highlighting the contrasts
between Neapolitan and Italian American Pizza.
Ciao Napoli Pizzeria has been serving southern Italian cuisine since April 2010. Focusing around the southern city of Naples, this traditional style of cooking is century’s old and emerges from the peasant cultures rooted in southern Italy. Serving anitipasti, imported meats and cheeses, several handmade pastas, and house made desserts, our authentic Neapolitan Pizzas cooked in our wood-burning oven is the heart of Ciao Napoli. We prepare our dough with the same high standards of those modern pizzerias in Naples, using imported ingredients from Naples and local, market fresh ingredients from Chicago for the best, most authentic pizza possible. Be sure to try our Bufala Mozzarella on your next pizza to experience
the most celebrated and prized of mozzarella cheeses! Made
exclusively from whole buffalo milk and imported from Italy, Bufala
Mozzarella has a distinct difference in flavor!
At Ciao Napoli you can watch your pizza being hand made and cooked for 60-90 seconds in our 900+ degree wood burning oven before tasting the same savory and distinct flavors as those in Naples, Italy.
